What is Tantra?

Tantra is a complex and multifaceted spiritual tradition that originated in ancient India. It encompasses a wide range of practices, beliefs, and rituals aimed at spiritual growth, enlightenment, and the realization of one’s true nature. The term “tantra” is derived from the Sanskrit word “tan,” which means “to expand” or “to weave,” reflecting the idea of weaving together different elements of existence to achieve spiritual union and harmony

At its core, Tantra is based on the principle that everything in the universe is interconnected, and that by understanding and harmonizing these connections, individuals can attain spiritual liberation. Tantra emphasizes the importance of embracing all aspects of life, including the physical, emotional, and spiritual realms.

What is Tantric bodywork?

Tantra massage is a form of bodywork and sensual touch therapy, It aims to promote relaxation, healing, and spiritual growth by combining elements of touch, energy work, and mindfulness. The massage itself involves a combination of slow, sensual movements, deep tissue work, and focused energy work.

Tantra massage is often associated with sexual energy and can include genital stimulation, but it is not necessarily focused on sexual release. Instead, the goal is to cultivate a deeper connection with oneself and others, as well as to promote overall well-being and spiritual growth.
